Beige Stew

Dish for 4 people

Ingridients:

Tip: Use frozen onions, it saves time and doesn’t matter much when they’re fried.

Note: Fresh bellpepper is better, but more cumbersome. Squash is also good.

Steps:

  1. Start cooking the rice.
  2. Fry the bacon and onions then take them off the heat into a bowl.
  3. Fry the entire chicken breast on high heat, in the bacon fat, for a few minutes until nice and browned.
  4. Take the chicken off the heat and cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Put them in the bowl.
  5. Put everything in the bowl and all other unused ingredients in the bowl and let it stew for 10 minutes.
